New composition of the OpenEdition Scientific Board

Following a call for applications to renew the membership of the OpenEdition Scientific Board, we received 71 applications, which demonstrates the importance of OpenEdition and the involvement of the scientific community in its development. The new board is composed of the following members:

The secretariat and chair of the Scientific Board will shortly be appointed by the members.

The main tasks of the Scientific Board are to develop open digital publishing in the humanities and social sciences, to participate in the strategic development of the OpenEdition platforms, and to oversee the scientific steering of the organization.
